COVID-19  Update

At Selfie Factory, the health and safety of our visitors is our number one priority.

UPDATE: 23rd September 2020

Facemasks are not required in the factory under the government’s guidelines.

“There are also scenarios when you are permitted to remove a face covering:

  • If you are undertaking exercise or an activity and it would negatively impact your ability to do so”

The factory is a photo-taking experience which is undeniably significantly affected by face coverings. You will, however, need to abide by our stringent, COVID Secure rules whilst inside the facility. If you’d prefer to wear a face-covering then you are more than welcome to.

UPDATE: 9th September 2020

Due to new government guidelines, a ticket cap of 6 people has been added from Monday 14th September.

At Selfie Factory, the health and safety of our visitors is our number one priority.

We are closely following the Government’s advice and have implemented a large number of COVID-19 prevention measures since your last visit:

– The factory is operating at a significantly reduced capacity
– The factory will be online (advance) bookings only
– Regular disinfectant ‘fogging’ of the entire factory
– Hand sanitising stations are positioned around the factory as well as the wider The O2 area
– We’ve implemented a 10-minute window in between sessions to clean props and high-touch areas but will also be cleaning frequently throughout your visit
– We’ve added perspex windows to our reception point
– 2m social distancing stickers will direct you around your visit
– We’ve upgraded the ball pit to a replica pink London Tube Train.
– We’ve removed the majority of holdable props inside the factory

We do ask that you please do not come to the factory if you are unwell and encourage you to wash your hands before, during and after your visit.

As we all know the situation is developing rapidly and so we are reviewing our position daily.
