What exactly is it?
Come along and spend 60 minutes in our funhouse, you’re free to float around and take as many photos/videos as you like. We’ve separated the space into a series of rooms with several photo opportunities some Christmas-y and others colourful!
What happens when I’m inside?
Please arrive 5/10 minutes before your entry time and queue in the designated area with your QR codes ready to scan on your phone.
There is no set trail for Merry Pinkmas; you’re welcome to float around as you please.
Some people prefer to visit each room in order and take turns being photographed and then becoming the photographer for the friend they’re with whilst others will head to the room at the top of their list straight away.
Make the most out of the time you have and fill up your camera roll. Make sure you have some poses prepared!
How long do I get inside?
A General Admission ticket gets you 60 minutes inside the experience!
I’m a parent, do I need a ticket?
Yes, anyone entering the experience (taking photos or not) will require an entry ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One Infant (Under 2) can go free with any paying adult.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, anyone entering the factory (taking photos or not) will require an entry ticket. Infants (Under 2) go free with any paying adult (1 per adult)
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session starts and queue accordingly. Plan your visit here.
Can I bring a proper camera/video equipment?
As long as it’s for personal use, you’re more than welcome to bring whatever equipment you like. If you’re looking to shoot commercially please contact us.
Can I bring a change of outift?
Yes! We have changing rooms available.
Do you have a photographer there?
Nope, this is all self-love photo taking!
Bring along your phone, your camera or your Polaroid and hit the shutter until you run out of space. The old snappin’ a friend switcheroo is the best tactic.

What should I bring?
Your ticket, a change of clothes and a load of energy.
Where inside The O2 are you?
We’re located inside the ICON Outlet on the ground floor near Costa. Once you enter the O2 turn right and follow the path for roughly 10 mins and you will arrive at Merry Pinkmas
Can I shoot a music video here?
Tikky Town is the ultimate destination for music videos and we’ve had some incredible shoots take place here. You can absolutely shoot your video here but this will have to take place during a Private Hire slot and not during a public session. This will give you full creative use of the factory, allow you to play your music and prevents impeding the enjoyment of other customers during their time.
